visibility 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information stored locally on your device

NapWell currently stores the following information only on your device, not on any server we operate:

• check_circle Sleep and fatigue information you manually enter (e.g., last night's sleep hours, fatigue level)
• check_circle Chronotype and preference selections made during onboarding
• check_circle Your nap session history (start time, duration, nap type, post-nap energy rating)
• check_circle App settings and preferences & custom audio files imported into the app

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it or unless a future version introduces optional cloud sync.

1.2 Third-Party Services & SDKs

To provide voluntary rewarded features and support services, NapWell interacts with the following third parties:

• Google AdMob: Serves voluntary rewarded video ads. AdMob may process device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA) and diagnostics per Google's Privacy Policy.
• In-App Purchases: Purchases are securely processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.
• Feedback Support: When you voluntarily submit feedback, your text description, optional screenshot, and system diagnostic specs are securely sent to our support team.

We do not require account registration, track background location, or sell your personal nap logs to third parties.

Since data is stored locally, it is used solely to:

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed through Google AdMob (for ads), App Store / Play Store (for subscriptions), and support channels when feedback is submitted.

NapWell is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

tune 5. Your Choices and Rights

• You can delete all app data at any time via Settings → Reset All Data, or by uninstalling the app.
• You control what information you enter — all sleep and history fields are completely optional.

Planned future updates may introduce optional opt-in features:

• Optional Health App Integration — Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect
• Optional Cloud Sync — to back up your data across devices

lock 7. Data Security & Changes

While NapWell currently stores data only on your device (protected by system security), we use industry-standard security practices for any future features. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date.
