01. Description of Service

NapWell is a nap-timing application that provides nap duration recommendations, timers, ambient sounds, and related wellness features based on information you choose to provide (such as sleep hours and fatigue level).

02. Not Medical Advice

The recommendations, content, and features within NapWell are based on general sleep science research and are intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, including sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, or narcolepsy.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in NapWell.
• If you experience persistent unrefreshing sleep, excessive daytime sleepiness, or other concerning symptoms, please consult a doctor.

03. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use apps without parental consent) to use NapWell. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

04. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NapWell on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's systems

05. User Content (Custom Sounds)

If you import your own audio files into NapWell:

• You retain ownership of any content you own the rights to.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and import any audio file (including copyright compliance).
• We do not access, transmit, or store your imported audio files on any server we operate; they remain on your device.

06. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

NapWell offers optional Pro subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime purchase option:

• Billing: Purchases are charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account upon confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play / App Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are processed by Apple or Google in accordance with their standard store policies.
• Ad Boosts: Users can also earn temporary Pro access by voluntarily watching rewarded video ads.

07. Disclaimers

NapWell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Nap recommendations will produce any specific outcome for any individual user
• The App is suitable for use by individuals with diagnosed sleep disorders (see Section 2)

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NapWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

09. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of NapWell at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NapWell if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
